Assam tea is the perfect tea for making milk tea. The Assam region, located in India, is known as the first area where tea was cultivated in the country. Due to its consistently warm, humid climate and substantial rainfall, Assam produces about half of India’s total tea production.

Brewing Method:

• Add about 5g of Assam tea leaves into a teapot.
• Pour 200cc of hot water (95-100°C) over the leaves.
• Steep for about 90 seconds for the first three infusions.
• For the fourth infusion and beyond, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds for each brew.
• Assam tea can be brewed more than eight times, allowing you to enjoy multiple cups.
