• Refrigerator Cold Brew: Place one High Mountain Oolong tea bag in 500 c.c. of room temperature water, immediately put it in the refrigerator, and wait for the tea to cool before drinking.
• Hot Brew for Oolong Tea: Place one High Mountain Oolong tea bag in 180 c.c. of boiling water, steep for 2-3 minutes, remove the tea bag, and it’s ready to drink.
• Strong Oolong Milk Tea: Place one High Mountain Oolong tea bag in 100 c.c. of boiling water, steep for 3 minutes, remove the tea bag, and add 25 c.c. of milk before drinking. (Remember not to add too much milk, as it could overpower the delicate fragrance of the oolong tea.)
