Oriental Beauty Tea
Legend has it that over a century ago, a Taiwanese tea merchant made oolong tea from leaves that had been bitten by the small leaf hopper. This process inadvertently imparted a natural honey fragrance to the tea. When Queen Victoria of England tasted it, she was so amazed that she named it “Oriental Beauty.”
Brewing Method:
- Place 1/2 of the tea leaves into a teapot.
- Brew with water at 90°C for 1 minute.
- The tea can be steeped multiple times, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavors in each infusion.
