紅烏龍茶 150g
- ♦紅烏龍茶葉發酵的程度介於烏龍茶與紅茶之間,因為台東的茶區屬於中低海拔,緯度也較低,氣候較炎熱,如果製「烏龍茶」,甘醇回甘的味道,比不上高海拔「烏龍茶」,如果改製成「紅茶」,產量有限,但價位偏低,製作完全不符合成本,所以才發展出「紅烏龍」茶種。 ♦沖泡方式:請將6克茶乾放入300C.C.滾水中浸置1分鐘,可回沖2~3次。沖泡方式亦可依個人飲茶習慣自行調整。 ♦可加購紅烏龍茶葉禮盒包裝 「紅烏龍」茶湯偏紅,喝起來較像紅茶,但口感非常的順口,沒紅茶那麼重的苦甘味,帶點烏龍甘醇味,但不回甘,香氣偏紅茶帶點酸,適合單品享用,一般用熱水沖泡,因屬於全發酵茶,所以不用擔心茶葉久泡會過於苦澀,冷熱一樣好喝順口。
